Reflection 5

Creating an online survey is a great way to collect information from a large group of people. By using docs.google.com to create surveys, teachers can either help students create their own survey or use a survey they created to help collect information from parents and the community. Creating a survey helps meet NETS_T standard 3b because it uses digital tools to collect information from students, peers, and/or the community. While my survey was on Facebook and how people use it, it is a good example of how many responses I could attain with minimal effort and that I could make the survey available to a large audience. I feel I could use digital surveys in my classroom to get input from other teachers, my students, parents, or the community when I am looking to see their view on something.
